Happy Valentines to her hubby! Pam is a returning client who is just gorgeous and simply sweet! If you follow my blog you know that husbands are snoopy and find out these surprises all the time. Well I was telling her about some of the stories and lies women have to use to surprise their men. She said, oh, Darryl won't be like that. Low and behold, there was water splashed outside of the waterfall, because it was freezing~ and he happened to look outside and wonder if there was a leak in the waterfall. MEN! Anyhow, he had the best Valentines ever! Here's the freezing cold waterfall I made her get in for a few seconds. Totally worth the cold!

Meet Mr. Trevin. He just turned 1 and he broke the pattern with eating cake! Usually it goes like this: curious baby, hungry baby, eating cake and getting messy baby, then crying baby! Trevin NEVER cried. He did the rest and mom had to help get him a little messy but he was all smiles and curious the whole time. What a doll with that curly hair and big brown eyes! We blew his first bubbles at him. He didn't get excited like we thought, he just stared at them and looked scared. It was so funny.

Meet miss Jordyn~ 9 days old. Literally a little piece of Heaven! She is the sweetest little girl. I didn't hear a peep out of her the whole photoshoot but she was a little wiggle worm. Mom and dad said they are always moving, and now they know if she is running before she is walking, they will know why. Dad is from the south and had the funnest little accent. This is his first baby and is in his mid 40's. He didn't think he could have kids. Mom was tiny and so relaxed as I just worked and snuggled this little angel. She has an older daughter and an angel in Heaven whom I believe sent this little girl to her hubby and her as a little miracle baby! I fell in LOVE with all of them instantly!

Dad is a wonderful guy who believes in God and this tatoo he said is a Christian symbol that means, NOT OF THIS WORLD.

She even has her daddy's hair and blue eyes. I think she even has his little finger wrapped around his finger!

Allison~ 9 year old sweetheart

Meet Miss Allison~ she is 9 and LOVES her sock monkey's that grandma, and great grandma gave her over the years. She was the biggest sweetheart ever! I just melted throughout the photoshoot! Such a good, sweet girl. Grandma brought her to shoot and I swear she looks too young to be grandma and so I kept calling her mom. Also, what a small world we live in! They live close by me and grandma walks close by my house all the time, yet we have never met until today! Even grandma was a sweetheart!

I was so excited when my neighbor let me use his yard with all his Barrel's in it. Vintage theme of Barrel of Monkey's. Even Allison was a monkey sitting in a barrel!

Meet my 1,500th fan on facebook~ Mom saw that I had a contest and timed it just right and was the 1500th fan and won a free portrait sitting. She brought in her 2 daughters and they were just as sweet and darling as ever! Big brown eyes and great smiles! I instantly fell in love with mom too. She had big dimples when she smiled and was just so sweet!Meet Nashya~7. She loves to dance, play the piano and plays soccer! She is just a sweetheart and cleaned up my toy room even when she didn't have to. Mom has taught her well!

Meet these little funny kiddos! They pulled some really cute faces and made me smile so I had to share how much fun it can be to take photos! Showing tongues, giggling, yelling, and putting feet way up above his head just made my day a little brighter. Mom and uncle were there to help get some sweet shots too.Meet Miss McKayla~ 3 years old. She was such a sweetheart and so patient. I had to keep giving her breaks and letting her play. Ava~ Baptism

Miss Ava is getting Baptized. I have been doing her pics for several years now and my how she has grown! She was so grown up today and just so patient and wonderfully sweet! I just love her. She had a gorgeous dress on and her hair curled adorable. Mom doesn't normally curl her hair and so she went all out for this special occasion. I am so proud of her for getting baptized.

I love this mural. It is the first primary in Utah in the 1800's.

Meet my Baby Braxton. He will be 3 at the end of this month but before his little highlights and hair cut(done by Lindsey Walker at Covet in Syracuse)grow out. I needed to get his pictures done. So today I bought 3 goldfish (and yes, they are all now dead, they served their purpose for $0.48 each) and tweaked a Dr. Suess poem to fit for his birthday cards. I can't believe Harlow is already 9 months old. She is such a DIVA princess! I just love her and her family. Dad always comes and gets the cutest faces out of her while mom rushes to get as many outfit changes in as we can. I just sit back, and enjoy taking her pics, squeezing her fat thighs for some smiles and kissing those fat cheeks! Meet daddy's little Hunter~11 days old. Dad is a fisherman, hunter and outdoorsy manly man. So, mom and aunt brought in some of dad's favorite things to use for the shoot to surprise dad. This little guy did remarkably well and was so skinny and small. He sure was sleepy and curly. Perfect little man. First time mom's are usually nervous about some of the stuff I do, but his mom was so relaxed that I think it helped things go smoother.Cute as a button.This little guy held his own head up! What a strong little man.Love his toes and big lips!

Meet Miss Kaizlee. She just turned 1 and her daddy is in the Army stationed in Germany. He missed her party so I got to take these photos to surprise him. She has the biggest almond eyes ever! I am sad cause they are moving to Germany to be close to dad. But, I am sure he is happy. I just hope they come visit so I can take her photos again! Or better yet, they can fly me to Germany to take more photos. Eh? :) She was a runner, so we tried all kinds of tricks to get her to sit still but what a precious little thing she was!

My parents took 17 (my whole family) on a cruise! I took my 2nd hand camera and still got some great shots. The reason I am posting is cause I am hoping you will want a personal photographer when you go on your next vacation and I can tag along! This GORGEOUS girl was not shy about being sexy for her SURPRISE Christmas gift for her hubby. If I looked 1/2 that good I wouldn't be shy either! But, her hubby was so surprised and loved them so much they allowed me to post a few fantastic shots of her. She flew in from AZ. just to have her pics taken by me! I was honored that I got to hang out with her and laugh and have a great time. It is one of the funnest shoots there is to do but, the best part is I made a great lasting friendship with her and most boudoir clients.She had the funnest outfits and shoes that she actually wears! If I tried to walk in those I would probably die, but she did it very well with grace.

Max~ newborn 14 days old

Meet Max. He is 14 days old and was one of the calmest babies I have had in the studio in a long time. Probably cause mom and dad had to wait for him for 12 years! He finally came and they have more love, joy and patience than most first time parents. They did foster care, tried to adopt and did everything from IVF to anything possible to get him here. He was a twin and the other little guy didn't make it. Broke my heart but am so thrilled for them to have such a sweetie to raise and call their own! Dad is a hunter and in this shot we actually did NOT do a composite. He was so strong he held his own head up and is hunter ready with some antlers dad brought.

Dad and grandpa are baseball fans so we had to use this too.

Mom loved the monster hat and I said when he is 12 he will really be a monster!

This ring is his birth stone ring and look at that hair!

I was so happy that I just snuggled him for a while so mom and dad could put stuff in the car. He was just too sweet. Makes me sad that my kids are so big now!

Meet Sunshine. She is 11 days old today and had so much hair and big lips! I just fell in love with her. She has 4 older brothers and then 9 years later she came to join their sweet family. Oh, how spoiled she will be! The only princess in the house full of boys~ oh and mom. Mom and dad just adore her! How could you not? Look how sweet she is!

This was mom's blessing dress when she was little and she will be blessed in it soon. This blanket was made by her great aunt who didn't have any children but years and years ago had a dream of a little girl and made this blanket. Then Sunshine was the special little girl who got to have it.

Can you say, "Model gorgeous family?" That is what I thought the minute I saw these guys! Then when I got to know them, they were also the sweetest, relaxed family. Well, they had to be since after only 20 mins they locked their keys in their truck and had to tag along in my car the rest of the way. They even followed my "NO YELLING" rule. They were so awesome! Luckily my husband took him down and they shimmied their way into the truck so they didn't have to pay a lock smith. What an adventure we had! But fast friends we became. I love these guys.They all just posed themselves and would be just so perfect for me~except their baby, no smiles from that little guy. Even my dancing and singing didn't help. But, he was still so cute.I told them to be serious since this was right after the locking the keys in the truck happened.

So we ended up at the studio to let the kids get warm and let my hubby take Paul to his truck. So, we just played around and snapped a few more.Ashton is a stud. He was just the best buddy. He even said this picture day was the best cause they usually have to do them inside and outside is funner. I agreed with him.

McKenzie has the bluest sparkliest eyes and sweetest smile. She worked her poses all alone. Miss model here she comes.

Finally Mr. Kamdyn smiled for me in the studio with his monkey hat his grandma made him. What a ham.

Maternity Sisters

Meet Rachel. She is due just after Christmas and this is their first baby and first grandbaby on both sides of their family. She is pregnant with her sister Sarah who is only 1 month behind her. How fun would that be? Rachel is having a boy and Sarah is having a girl. What bliss for grandma to have 2 new babies in the family who will be close like these 2 sisters are. They were just glowing in the studio when they came in together to do sister pictures.Here is Rachel's husband who is super excited to be a daddy. He sure loves his wife and I am sure he will be a fantastic daddy. Rachel is wearing her husbands shirt that he wore in their engagement photos.

Sister pictures~Both girls still have a little blankie when they were little and so they bought each other this little blankie bear for each other's baby.
This is their grandmother's shawls.At the end of the shoot, he was playing around and dressed up with my Santa suit. Rachel was so adorable and said, "I should sit on santa's lap." then they just started playing and this ended up being their Christmas card this year.

This family was so dang stylish and funny! All of them were so easy to work with and we had a good time getting to know each other.Mom says they are a fun, crazy family and this pose suited them to their personalities. I LOVE mom's hair. Meet Ezekiel~13. He was just so polite and such a handsome young fellow. Looked just like a mini dad to me.

My buddy Brody is fighting the war in Afghanistan and his girls are here. I have taken their pictures several times for their daddy. Megan (his wife) is just a sweetheart and keeps coming back. These little girls I can truly say I love! I have grown close to them and their mom over the last several months. Shop with a Cop (Hero) ~ 2011

If you read the paper there was a nice article about this wonderful event. Yesterday morning I got to ride in a helicopter with Santa Claus and surprise a whole bunch of kids by landing in the Riverdale Walmart parking lot. Meeting the Weber County Sheriff's Dept. who make it a special Christmas for 50 kids in need. First they get to eat breakfast at Denny's. They love riding in the police cars with the sirens blarring down Riverdale Road. Then they get a FREE photo with Santa (courtesy of me! I love doing Charity work and I print them off each year to give to the kids.) Then they get to shop with a cop. Boneville High School raises all the money for the kids each year and wraps all the gifts for the kids.
Here is the Pilot and Santa getting ready for take off! Here is Santa waving to all the kids who are getting in line for their photo. (Wish I could post kid photos but do not have parents consent.) So, you get to meet a few of the people who make this event a great success every year. Here I am kissing Santa! Mike Bateman (my photo partner) came this year for the first time to help out. Couldn't leave Mike out! My mom as Santa's helper getting the candy canes out of his bag and helping keep the kids in line.

Meet these three sweet Christmas Angel girls. Mom made the oldest girls dress. I love it! The middle daughter was a stinker and would run away from me every second but her big lips and eyes were to die for! Then her baby was 6 months old and had the longest hair on the top of her head I have ever seen. It wouldn't go down either. So super cute.

We did Isabelle's 6 month old photos after we got each of the girls in their Christmas dresses. Finally after a long while she fell asleep so we could get those precious moments of them sleeping and detailed parts that we all love so much on a precious baby.

"Gerber baby" family

This little family came to me awhile ago and Jayden (little boy) was called the GERBER baby. All my clients, mom and family all said he looked just like the Gerber baby. I even had a lady that wanted to draw his picture. (wish I could get that!) So here they are getting more pictures done since he is now 1 and walking!Here is mom. She has natural curly hair. I couldn't believe what a gorgeous curl it is and how long it is. Pretty brown eyes too. (Single, guys!)
Janica is 13 and just the sweetest relaxed girl. I just love her. Her favorite subject is art and just got baptized. She has a great group of friends and gorgeous hazel eyes!Here is my little buddy Jayden. Now 1 and walking. He has the most gorgeous blue eyes, curls in the back and long eyelashes. He looks like the gerber baby but a year old, doesn't he?

WSU Graduation~Jamie Class of 2011

Jamie is my sister-in-law who's grandparents wanted her to finish a 4 year degree. She gave that dream up for her hubby and years later went back to fulfill the dream her grandparents wished for her. After hard work and dedication and 3 kids later, she is finally graduating! Her family went through the late nights, studying, and stress that college does to everyone. So she wanted them in the photos with her since they helped her through it!

This family got some really cute hats and the kids just won't go anywhere without them, So we just went with it! They look adorable! But, this family is so special to me. I can't even put into words what they have done for me and my family. When we first moved here and my son had to have major surgeries within 3 months of living here, I knew noone. This family visited at the hospital, brought food, had many late chats and gave blessings to our family. I can't say enough wonderful things about them~I love them more than I can put into words.

Andy owns his own plumbing business and let me tell you, he has got us out of some messes with no questions asked and was so happy to put some holes in our walls! Laurie is one of my VERY BEST friend in the whole world. She has inspired me spiritually in more ways than I can name. She is the most understanding, sweet Southern girl I have ever met! She even still has a bit of her accent left from growing up in Mississippi.

Jack has a few babes! His new car, harley bike, truck, and house. Oh, wait! How can I forget his favorite and most important babe of all~his gorgeous wife! Today was a funny story of this shoot. I went to their house and then drove with him in the car, while his wife followed since the car is only a 2 seater. Well, he said, "should I clean off the dust?" No lie~I thought in my head, "watch a rock will hit the windsheild and crack it and he is worried about dust!" Well that EXACT thing happened! On the freeway we heard a "CRACK" and sure enough a rock hit the windshield and cracked it.

Old Vintage Cars~Family

I love when families tell me they trust me, make me choose the location and then say,"what are you thinking?" but in the end, Love what I was thinking. We went for the old fashioned, vintage cars. Since they are exactley like my family of ALL boys, I knew the boys would LOVE the cars.Aren't they just a gorgeous couple? Todd builds and owns his own cabinet business and Brooke is just the best mom ever starting her family out with twin boys, then having 2 more later on. I just love how they all have their own personalities and they just shine when a camera is stuck in front of them.

This family just moved into a new house 2 months ago and so they wanted pictures taken at their home. I think it helped the kids relax alittle in thier own place! I LOVED the clothes and colors they wore! Super adorable family that I have grown to love in an instant!

Meet Jackson~9. He has high functioning autism. Mom didn't know how well he would do but WOW, he did awesome and looked at my bug and talked to me the whole time. He was an incredibly smart, respectful young man! They should be proud.

The minute we shut our door to go home, it started snowing! So we made it just in the nic of time. It was so windy and cold but the little ones would take off and on their coats faster than I could start singing! (They must not have liked my singing skills!) At least I got smiles!

Cowboy or Amish?

Sierra hired me for family photos and she wanted a "cowboy" theme. When her brother put on his cowboy hat I think I peed a little by laughing so hard. He didn't look like a cowboy! He looked Amish! Everyone agreed and we all laughed and he was such a good sport he even posed for some Amish photos.

It was windy and rainy today and this family said, "whatever!" They would do it in rain or snow or sunshine. Also, when I asked them where they wanted to go they said, "whatever!" Usually I don't agree on choosing the location or telling them what to wear, but some clients just trust me so much and want me to just have fun with it. So, I did it with this family. The little girls were so cold but I think they got my secret about the faster we do it, the faster we are done and the faster they get a prize! So, they just smiled through the little quivering lips, red noses and booger sniffing. Adorable girls. Bailee is 8. amd Madison is 2. They had the biggest sparkly eyes and sweet smiles!

I think she was trying to wear him out but he is just like any other typical little boy who doesn't run out of energy! Meet G-ma's angels! They were so adorable and I am sure this Holiday surprise for G-ma will be a fantastic one! Mom's of the kids are sisters and they have come to me a lot over the years and I just love these kids. They know me now and think it is ok to run away sometimes. Kids are just so fun! But, their mom's are the best bribers and helpers!
Here we just wanted to do something Different! It was fun! The girls and the boys!The girls belong to one family.The boys belong to another! The littlest guy face planted it and dad was there freaking out, but the little cutie was just fine! We always have to have a mis-hap with kids! Later in editing these, I actually captured the face plant. 2 brothers were looking in awe at him, the girls were all still looking at me smiling, mom was running to save him and dad was behind me just freaking out! Kinda funny for a later memory! Poor little guy though.

This was a very tough decision! So many deserving families I wish I could give to them all. But these are the ones that are chosen and let me explain why and you can read their short stories below.
Corrtney passed away. I couldn't imagine raising children alone without the help of thier father. His children are very young and mom suffers from health issues herself. When I read the story and the elegant way Angela wrote it, It just tugged on my heart strings for those children who will never know their daddy! Jason will forever be on a feeding tube and I have been there, done that with my son. He had one 24 hours a day for 4 1/2 years so I personally know how hard it is. Meet the sweetest family. They didn't complain about the cold at all! They love winter! I expected them in coats, gloves, scarfs, hats and they came in darling outfits! Hot Choc. after sledding, skiing and snowboarding is always a bonus! Just a few of their favorite things.

Brynn~Pulled me the maddest faces and I finally got this sweet one. Olivia~She had the biggest, bluest eyes and sweetest smile the whole time. She did get cold and mom let her snuggle up. Lincoln~What a cutie! He was just a sweet little guy who would do anything I asked. Spencer~What a firecracker and defiant! I don't think I got one Fantastic one of him smiling. Meet this darling family who went out in the wind and cold to do family photos. Let me tell you, the littlest guy would have HUGE crocodile tears cause he was so cold, mom would say something to him, he would wipe them and smile huge for me! I might need her secret! He was the best 4 year old for turning off those tears instantly! I told them to tickle and play! They were just super fun! Justin is 16. He was such a stud! Meriah is the most mature 11 year old I have been around.Camden is 4. I tried to convince him that his name was Bubba! But he didn't believe me but I would get giggles and grins from him when I called him Bubba!

Halloween mini sessions were so fun today! Here are the costumes I got to see today!

This family came to the mini sessions with a sad story to tell, so I had to shoot a few family photos for them. Last March they teamed up with a photographer for a fundraiser for cancer (the little blonde girl has eye cancer) and that photographer took over 12 families photos and not 1 family has seen any of the pictures and probably NEVER will. Who could do something like that? So, with my kind heart, I happily took some family photos for them during the mini session. Love these girls, dad was super sweet and mom is just a ball of fire like me!

I am always the one behind the camera unless it is family picture day or my partner Mike snaps some random ones of me. So, I had my hair done by Lindsey Walker at Covet Boutique in Syracuse and we headed up to the hills to have our family photos done. It was windy and FREEZING! The kids were all speaking our fluent language of whineze and I knew it would make for bad pictures. But, Mike did get a few fantastic ones! On day 2, I just rounded up the kids in our yard for individual pics that we didn't get up on the hillside. How proud I am of my darling little family, even if they are all made up of boys! We can't hold a pose very long without LAUGHING or pulling a funny face.
Jeremy in his super hot new outfit. My 4 favorite things! Bronson~12 years old. My little musician who plays a few different instruments and is smart as a whip, A little spunky but sweet. Bridger 9~will always be my miracle baby! Still surviving and growing strong. He loves guitar and hanging out with scout friends.Brysten 4~my little firecracker who doesn't ever stop! Miss Oaklee is 7 days old today! She was such a little sweetheart. What a joy it is to have newborns and see the blessings they bring to families. She is the 4th baby. 4 kids under the age of 4! She wasn't a big fusser, but she did like to suck and pooped every 5 minutes. Literally, she went through 6 diapers and soiled just about everything! No wonder she was pooped out (literally) and slept like a princess!Mom said if I could get this shot she would pay me 100 zillion dollars. WOOT WOOT. Can I retire? She weighed 6 lbs. 6 oz and was 18 inches long. What a tiny little thing!

Meet Anthony. He graduated from Northridge last year but never had the chance for photos. So, his mom found me and I just had a blast with him, his mom and dad. I have shot large groups before but never in 1 hour or less and these guys were just fantastic to work with and more easy going than most anyone on picture day! Look at all those girls! 1 grand-boy to 8 girls.Meet the grandparents and the ones who hired me. I just love them. I had to move their apt. and she was so concerned about me. We quickly felt like family.

Miss Melanie (don't ya just LOVE her name?) was born premie and just got out of the hospital. Today she is 19 days old. She was about a month early and weighed in at a small 5 lbs. 13 oz.~ 18 1/2 in. long. She was such a good baby! We had to do the binki-pull a lot but it got me the shots I wanted. Mom was so easy to work with she just layed on the bed and took a nap! This is her 5th baby so she has 3 boys and 2 girls.

This family is so much fun! They are so spontaneous that they didn't decide what they were wearing until today! Also, a location was decided the night before. Talk about spontaneous! I love it! I have had so many compliments on this family year after year that "they" get the perfect fall leaves with many colors. Each year they seem to pick the perfect location for the leaves. Here is another year full of color. ~But, I do have a bone to pick! They just got home from Hawaii yesterday and would have loved family pictures taken there. Um, excuse me; I do travel! I would even say YES to Hawaii! I think they just didn't know that. :) It was a rainy day today and was sprinkling on us throughout the shoot but still turned out wonderful. Miss Jacie here got a hold of her mom's cell phone and hit re-dial. I got to talk to her 6 times today. She said, "are you taking our pictures?" then proceeded to tell me she was wearing tights and a dress. She is going to be 3 soon but wow I was impressed.

Mr. Ethan got so big. I feel like it was just yesterday I took his newborn pictures. They sure grow so fast and he was walking around but lost his shoes a million times. Finally we just gave up on putting them back on his feet.

Meet Mommy to Be~Crystal. First baby is always such a fantastic experience. She was just glowing and her husband was super excited to be called dad! These two have a story~They met when they were in 5th grade. He moved away to Japan and when he returned they fell in love, got married and are starting a family with a little boy entering their lives in less than 3 weeks.

Dad loves video games so they went to Build-A-Bear and made their little guy this stuffed animal that will surely be his favorite!

3 kids under 3......How does any family do that? Well this family does it well! I was tired just watching mom and dad chase the 2 oldest around. I was also tired seeing EVERYTHING mom had to carry around for the little monkey's! What an adorable family though. Mom- Karen and I were cheerleaders together and super close friends in High School and kept in touch over the years. It seems like yesterday and she hasn't changed a bit! Gorgeous as ever!Noel was a runner! Everywhere we went, she was running!Mr. Cole was the tumbler. His head must be so heavy. I think everytime I said, "head" he would fall on top of it again. Poor kid~I think he had 3-4 goose eggs by the time they went home.

1 year ago I took this little guys newborn photos. Today we did family photos and he had the same jersey! (We pinned and tucked and folded for him to wear it as a newborn.) Can you believe he still has those dimples and tons of hair? I love this little guy and his mom and dad were just so fantastic! My little buddy Gustova is 1 year old.
Lucy and her husband are darling together and still so in love! Mom was a good sport and wore a jersey too. Dad said, "Since I had to wear that, you have to wear this!" I agreed with dad and they looked like the cutest cheering fans for the Chargers I have ever met!

It started to rain and thunderstorm right when we were suppose to do pictures but we decided that Utah weather is so crazy that we would go anyway. The sun peeked out for a bit, grass was wet, we got kicked out of our location, Dad missed the BYU game and the kids were FANTASTIC!

Mommy and Me!

Meet Molly and her 3 darling kids! They were always hugging and kissing each other. I just love when I get to hang out with lovable people. Molly does nails. If I wouldn't bite mine off I would get mine done. She was so adorable and had the most stylish clothes and heels. I never could have walked in them but she walked in them through dirt, weeds and rocks like a pro.
Dylan is 9. Mr. "I am cool" and that "cool" attitude just came out in front of the camera. I loved it! He was such a stud! Miss Tayli banged her front tooth on the table a few days before pictures. It couldn't be saved. So she pulled it out all by herself. (I tell ya, picture day is always the worst day!)

Tage is the most smiley 4 year old. He would copy everything I would say and just had the most natural smiles ever. I loved his hair-do to fit his personality.

Kids always like to play! So we did a dog pile on mom!

Biofit Bootcamp

Biofit Bootcamp is the place to go! These guys have kicked my butt in gear and helped me lose 13 lbs. in 8 days! So, if I can do it, so can you! Ryion is such a funny guy! He makes me laugh all the time but is super motivating and makes me believe in myself because he believes in me!
Aaron is so awesome! He specializes in hormone replacement therapy and literally has changed MY life! I think I have referred a ton of people to him and they all are happier than ever!
Kristen is how I want to look! I am pretty sure it won't happen over night but I really wish there was a magic sleeping pill that I could just wake up like this! I guess I just have to keep going to bootcamp and getting those personal trainers to kick my butt a little harder! Larry has been going to bootcamp and if you saw his before pictures you would just fall over!

Natalie's arms are to die for! I want those too.

April goes to bootcamp sometimes with me. She is one tough girl!
Barbara had all the excuses in the world to NOT exercise but, she goes faithfully and has re-gained so much strength from her cancer removal and surgeries. NO EXCUSES!
Sue has only 10% body fat! She works her butt off!

Meet Isabelle. She is 3 years old. She knows what she wants and she gets it! She was NOT going to look at me and smile no matter what I said but the minute I pulled out candy~she was all over that! She was a doll! Her daddy is from Chile and she speaks Spanish and English. So, mom kept talking to her in Spanish and making her smile and laugh. So, whatever she was saying was working! I love her big brown eyes and that dimple in her chin.SURPRISE G-ma. Mom took this from G-ma's house for the pictures and it was her g-ma's when she was little. I love how old and antiqued it was.

These little blue eyed twins are adorable! This is my 2nd time taking thier photos and if any of you remember their daddy is one of our American Hero Soldiers fighting for our freedom! He got to come home for a week before he goes on his 18 month deployment again and I was thrilled that I got some darling shots for him. Dad is behind me pulling these same faces. They love him so much! Their Grandpa is a farmer so this shot is for him~ I told them to give me an "attitude face" and the minute she pulled this face a wind storm came and then it started pouring on us. I think I died and went to Heaven after hanging out at this Private Ranch. WOW! I was speechless! Meet my September calendar cowboys! The two older guys are in a cowboy band called Saddle Strings. Check them out. They are FANTASTIC and funny! The younger guy is a "real" cowboy for a living. He lives at this Ranch and cowboys all day long! He wasn't planning on being in the shoot and last second he joined us. It was a blast! Even after shooting they drove us around the ranch and they had private lakes to fish on and streams and scenery that I really just soaked up! I wanted to take a nap right there and look up at the clouds and the stormy weather that was coming in.Dave~The "real" cowboy! Brian~He entertained us with his poetry! Snoose~He was pretty quiet but so sweet!

I wanted mom to bring a REAL gold-fish but I think he is going to be much happier that he got some tub toys to play with later on! He kept trying to eat the rocks! That wasn't my idea but I did love the color it added.

I had the studio all set up with some purple things and mom shows up in purple and nails painted purple with Bella in some purple hair bows. We must of been thinking the same. I was so excited when she was a good sleeper so I could get plenty of shots for them.

I think this is one of my ALL time favorite pictures. I just love vintage!

Hair bow made my Kate Olsen~she makes and sells custom orders for every age.

Shawl~my grandma gave it to me to use and it is pretty scratchy so it hasn't been easy to use it but Bella slept right on that scratchy material. Perfect! I crocheted this skirt and hair band. It was so easy and fun to make.

If you have been following my blog this little guy has been seeing me for a year now. He just had his birthday and I got to go to his party! I am so lucky to have such great clients that turn into my good friends! I just LOVE this little guy and his mommy too!After he ate his cake, what a great way to wash it off by splashing in the outdoor baby pool!
Mommy's little monster! The frosting didn't really stick to him. It just crumbled on the ground. He didn't mind though, he was eating it anyway!

Meet Macie. She is 1 and has the cutest DIVA clothes! Mom and I worked but really got no huge smiles! She just looked sweet and stared at us like we were nuts singing and shaking things at her. I just love her big eyes and sweet pouty lips!Mom made this big cupcake for her and she just dove right in! Loving all the sugary mess.Isn't that the cutest outfit?

Iylah has been a girl of many faces. Hardly smiles. She just looks at me and her mom like we are crazy trying to get her to smile. I love all her many faces so much! Her brown eyes are to die for and her pouty lips. One day she is going to LOVE picture day and smile the whole time. I just love that she has such a big personality and is always thinking! She liked my sewing machine.

Meet Paizley~I had the wonderful privilege of babysitting her today. With a house full of BOYS, I just had to spoil this little princess. I had so much fun playing dress up and taking her pictures. She is almost 1 so I got her a cake and did surprise pictures for her daddy~She loved hanging out with me and the boys today. She was followed around and given anything she wanted. I even snuggled her for a long time. What a doll! I am truly in LOVE~My husband picked the cake out~She liked it until frosting got on her foot. Then she was done!

Meet Sierra. She is my March 2012. She was so awesome and comfortable in that green bikini. She really rocked it! M.J. Butler was an incredible stylist again! Michael Bateman my light king and second shooter was a blast as usual. Nate (my brother) was great at being the fog boy and letting us shoot at his pool. I couldn't do this project without everyone making it happen. Thanks so much. Also the inspiration for this shoot was the awesome ANTM show!

Meet Evelyn. She just got Baptized by her daddy. Her g-ma made her dress, another g-ma made her a pillow, she had a scripture case that was made by another relative and mom made her hair flowers. Wow, what a talented family! She was such a doll! I had so much fun with her and I just fell in love with her big eyes and dimples! Meet her baby sister who turned 1 today! Her name is Penny. She had the biggest blue eyes and cutest little tongue sticking out at me all the time. She was so sweet, quiet and calm. I loved her huge cheeks and roly thighs. She was so adorable.

When mom would play and throw her in the air, then we got some big smiles.She wanted mom's sunglasses and so we just went with it! I love it so much.

I had the privilege of taking a few of this families pictures at Christmas time. This time there were more added in and we did some fun shots that the kids wanted to do!

Meet Dennessa. She dances hip hop, won queen in a beauty pageant and is going into 7th grade. So she thinks she is pretty cool and too good for pictures. But, I worked my magic and got some smiling ones for mom.

Meet Kirtland. He is such a little stud and gave me a huge hug when he saw me. (Dennessa is his big sister and she actually hugged me too!) He plays soccer and does Karate and Gymnastics. He said he thought he was pretty cool cause of his mohawk hair-do. Meet their mom Denise. She has such a big heart and listen up men~She is single. Meet Mr. Quinn. He is D and K's cousin. He had big brown eyes and loved Sponge-Bob. I even sang the Sponge Bob song to get him to look at me. These girls are all sisters and single! They don't even look alike but all 3 are so super sweet.Leslie, Denise and Kelli.
